This copy is in good antique condition. The binding is firm throughout, and although there is browning and very slight foxing on the edges of pages, there are no markings or tears. Two or three pages show light staining, but, aside from age related discoloration, are clean. As the photo shows, there is a slight tear at the top of the binding. The book measures 4 1/2" x 7 1/4" and has 147 pages.
