Considering its 86 years of age, this illustrated antiquarian book is in surprisingly good condition - a nice collectible book on theater history. The red hardcover has gold embossing. The spine is faded and shows shelf wear; there is a name written in ink on the reverse of the front cover and signs of a book plate removal. The pages are age browned with slight foxing. Otherwise, there are no marks, no tears and the book has a strong and firm binding. No dust jacket.
The book measures 6 1/4 inches by 9 1/2 inches by 1 1/2 inches and has 558 pages.
